These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fancompanion.ai website and the Fan Companion platform ("Service") operated by DSE Group FZCO ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Fan Companion is an AI-powered fan engagement and intelligence platform for sports organisations. The platform provides conversational AI widgets, fan intelligence dashboards, and analytics reporting. The Service is provided to organisations ("Clients") who deploy Fan Companion on their own websites and digital properties.

Fans interacting with a Fan Companion widget should be aware that responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate. Fan Companion is not a substitute for official communications from the Client organisation. For critical information such as safety, health, or financial matters, fans should contact the Client directly.
The Fan Companion platform, including its technology, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of DSE Group FZCO. Clients retain ownership of their own content, knowledge bases, branding, and fan data collected through the platform. We retain the right to use aggregated, anonymised data to improve the platform.

We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or unforeseen events may cause temporary disruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Clients of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSE Group FZCO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless DSE Group FZCO from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's use of the Service, including claims related to the content of their knowledge base or fan interactions.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, Client access to the platform and dashboard will be revoked. Client data will be available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it may be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Clients. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.
